The Domaine Weinbach Rieslings show a delicate and fine fruitiness, they are racy and dry, but at the same time they are mature and lasting on the palate. On the one hand, one has the ambition to produce fresh and dry Rieslings, but on the other hand, opulent and concentrated Beerenauslese. This Trockenbeerenauslese is a dense and well-balanced concentrated nectar. It presents a complex bouquet of tropical fruit, apple pie and quince. The texture is slightly creamy and this balances the crisp acidity wonderfully. The long finish impresses with a refreshing note of tangerines.
