The balance between high energy and profound substance is flawless. The pace is impressive - this Pinot Noir has drive and precision at the same time. The Whole-cluster fermentation gives it additional texture and a characteristic grip.
- Departure
- Long, cool and mineral with persistent freshness. The tangy tannins and lively acidity provide a long finish. animating, appetising finale.

- An exemplary representative of the New school Burgundy wines - Cool, precise, with crystalline minerality. Rémi Jobard's approach shows how modern biodynamics and respectful vinification can express terroir.
