This local blend of Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent is carried by red berry fruit, especially crunchy cherry, in the hop step, slightly tobacco and peppery, but above all juicy. Enticingly red-fruited and underpinned by subtle herbal spice, the joyful essence of this invitation can be smelled and tasted; perceived. Not a powerhouse, but rather an encounter with a dapper bon vivant in harmony with himself and nature.
