Colour & Appearance
Luminous, transparent cherry red with subtle natural cloudiness – a visual indication of the unfiltered, artisanal vinification.
Nose
Seductively fruity with aromas of ripe red berries, sweet cherries and cherry sweets, alongside juicy red peaches. Subtle herbal notes and a hint of animal spice lend the bouquet complexity and character.
Palate
Refreshing and lively with a fine, still perceptible carbonation from the carbonic maceration. The texture recalls fine sandpaper – a subtle, grippy structure that gives the wine remarkable presence despite its mere 10.5% alcohol. Invigorating acidity and ripe red fruit in perfect balance.
Finish

Grape Variety & Vinification
An unusual cuvée of 60% Grenache Gris and 40% Macabeo – grey and white grapes vinified into a red wine. After several days of carbonic maceration with stems, further processing and eight months‘ ageing in ceramic eggs followed. Bottled unsulphured and unfiltered.
