Nose
The 2022 Sulzfelder Chardonnay presents itself juicy with exotic aromas reminiscent of lime, orange, mango and star fruit. The whole is accompanied by fine aniseed and almond notes and the scent of freshly baked brioche. The whole is beautifully framed by a striking and stony minerality.
Palate
On the palate, this extremely animating Chardonnay is juicy and fruit-driven, its stimulating acidity is beautifully embedded in the fruit melt and makes you want to take another sip. The reverberation leaves minerality, which was also clearly perceived in the nose. Pure drinking pleasure and a wonderful food companion.
