Our first work. A very classic vintage that gave us a lot of pleasure in the vineyard, during the harvest and also in the cellar. Moderate must weights with a crisp but ripe acidity, healthy grapes with great extract values. This makes the wines appear more full-bodied than the 11.5 volumes of alcohol would suggest. Fart-dry, crisp acidity, a little "natural", as it has little sulphur and was bottled unfiltered. Something for specialists and not for sissies. But develops excellently.
