Burgundian finesse rather than brute force — a straightforward, honest red wine with drive and spontaneity.

Chilled terrine or Alsatian tarte flambée, herb-roasted chicken, mushroom dishes such as pan-fried chanterelles.
- Notes
Maurice Barthelmé’s side project: Pinot Noir with virtually no sulphur added, aged in clay amphorae. From an estate that has been farming biodynamically and has held Demeter certification since 1997.
