Instabile Brisat No. 3, In Albis 2021

Vin Nus de Alfredo Arribas is the latest project from the bustling architect and winery owner. It comprises the SiurAlta and inStabiles lines. Both lines include wines from Priorat and Montsant. What they have in common is that they lack »more than they add«, as Arribas calls it, i.e. no oak, no extraction, little alcohol, little colour ... But they still show the identity of the terroirs. The SiurAltas are an expression of non-interventionist winemaking without the addition of sulphites or other substances. They are deep wines, rich in spices, delicate, extremely fresh and juicy. The inStabiles are free wines without continuity, often born out of a whim to try something new with unusual cuvées or ageing methods in special containers.
