Light golden yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
In the aroma of the 2016 Grüner Veltliner Vergelt`s Gott we find many herbal notes, which give it freshness already at the start, clear pepper notes animate no less and with enough oxygen also pithy fruit notes of pear and apple appear. Distinctive and fine is the credo here.
Palate
Juicy and with a pronounced spiciness, the 2016 Grüner Veltliner Vergelt`s Gott presents itself on the tongue. At this point, decanting it into a carafe does it extraordinary good, because then the ripe fruits and its stimulating spicy note come out even more clearly.
A wine that appreciates the accompaniment of down-to-earth Austrian culinary classics.
