Colour & Appearance

Seductive mauve hue with delicate apricot reflections, displaying a medium-intensity, elegantly rising perlage in the glass. The mousse appears fine-textured and persistent – a visual promise of the quality of this artisan sparkling wine.

Nose

Delicate and precisely composed: cherry and red berries form the aromatic foundation, underpinned by subtle herbal notes and a hint of citrus fruits. Delicate floral aromas lend the bouquet an aristocratic elegance. The nose already reveals the craftsmanship – this was created with utmost care.

Palate

On the palate, a remarkable texture unfolds: the red fruits blend seamlessly with an invigorating spiciness and subtly saline nuances, which lend the sparkling wine depth and complexity. The perlage integrates perfectly, enlivening without dominating. The Brut character is convincingly dry, yet never austere – a balancing act that only few German sparkling wines achieve.

Finish

Medium-length and refreshing, with lingering berry notes and a fine mineral component. The acidity remains present and invites another sip.

Grape Variety & Vinification

Pure Pinot Noir from Baden, traditionally made into sparkling wine. The base wines are from the 2020 vintage, with bottle fermentation lending the sparkling wine its characteristic finesse. Perfectly balanced at 12% vol.

An excellent aperitif that also accompanies demanding dishes: scallops, vitello tonnato, cured salmon or goat’s cheese with honey. The finesse of the sparkling wine harmonises particularly well with the refined cuisine for which the Keller house is renowned.
