Tasting note
Colour/ Appearance:
Apricot with rosé-coloured veins/lively and broadly scattered perlage.
Nose:
The Petit Adler Rosé has an aroma of bright red fruits such as redcurrants, raspberries and wild strawberries, delicate herbal notes and flowers. Its slender, mineral attack creates an extremely invigorating impression. You look forward to the first sip!
Palate:
The little eagle flies with invigorating freshness, a fine brioche note and an extremely invigorating carbonic acid, which is carried by citrus notes and a salty, mineral trace. The perfect aperitif and a delicate accompaniment to culinary delicacies. What a wonderful introduction to the outstanding sparkling wine culture at Keller, which has become increasingly precise in recent years.
Food pairing suggestions
- Beetroot carpaccio with cream cheese and herbs (vegetarian)
- Puff pastry with cheese and ham
- Smoked trout on Du Puy lentils with wild raspberry vinegar and radishes
