In the glass

  1. Colour

Delicate Provence rosé with neon-pink reflections and a fine mousse.

  2. Nose

Raspberries, citrus and white blossoms – clear, fragrant and carefree.

  3. Palate

Creamy mousse, delicately playful acidity, accompanied by small wild strawberries and a hint of lemon blossom on the finish; dry and fruity.

  4. Character

A thoroughly cheerful, uncomplicated sparkling wine of the highest calibre – vibrant rather than cloyingly banal, perfect from aperitif to after-hours.

  5. Pairing

Ideal as an aperitivo, with antipasti featuring cured fish, or alongside fresh strawberry desserts.

  6. Notes

Brut Nature – meaning no dosage and completely dry; from the Demeter-certified Fidora estate, which has farmed without pesticides since 1974 and cultivates its Glera on Caranto alluvial soils near the Venetian Lagoon.

Tasting note

Colour & appearance
A delicate Provence rosé with neon-pink reflections, threaded with a fine, persistent mousse.
Nose
Fresh and straightforward: raspberries and citrus fruits meet white blossoms. The aromatic profile is clear, direct and inviting – a wine that instantly lifts the spirits.
Palate
A creamy mousse on entry, then a fine, playful acidity takes the lead. The raspberries from the nose return, joined by wild strawberries and a hint of lemon blossom. Dry, light-footed, precise.
Finish
Clean and fruity, with a delicate citrus note on the aftertaste. No heaviness, no sweetness – just the desire for another glass.
Terroir & origin
The grapes come from the family estate Civranetta, in the hinterland of the Venetian Lagoon. The soils consist of Caranto – Pleistocene alluvial deposits, clay-rich and mineral-laden. The cool breeze from the nearby sea ensures slow, aroma-preserving ripening.
Grape varieties & vinification
A cuvée of 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Nero. Glera contributes freshness and floral notes, while Pinot Nero lends its delicate rosé hue and red fruit character. As a Brut Nature, it receives no dosage – pure and unadorned.
Food pairings
Ideal as an aperitivo, with gambas al ajillo, tuna tartare or a summery strawberry and rocket salad with burrata. Also a fine choice enjoyed on its own at sunset.
Special features
Fidora is the oldest organic estate in Veneto – farming without pesticides since 1974, now Demeter-certified. A third of its 160 hectares is deliberately left wild: woodlands, ponds, and pastures for cattle and horses. This rosé bears the hallmark of an estate that regards wine as part of a living organism.
