On the nose, the 2018 Gemischter Satz from Hajszan Neumann is refreshingly tart with extract-sweet fruit and polished tannins. Juicy and animating with good flow, the goblet fills almost by itself. With delicate viscosity and fine yeast melting it flows into the long finish with fruity-tart contoured reverberation. Please shake before use!
