The 2022 La Combe DesRoches is an agile Chardonnay with a lively character. Aromatically, it oscillates between slightly citrusy-grassy notes and those of crunchy apple and cider. A little honeysuckle, honey blossom and lemon oil lie on top.

On the palate, the Chardonnay is juicy, bright and fine. Here, too, the open Saint-Véran Carried by crisp apple notes that mix with a silky but lively acidity. The Combe desRoches has a creamy appearance, offers a little firm tannin, but above all a very good length.
