Altesse

Altesse is the aristocratic soul of the Savoy Alps. Known locally as Roussette, this late-ripening grape variety produces white wines of remarkable structure and longevity. On the steep slopes at the foot of the Mont Blanc massif, it develops a fine balance of vibrant acidity and a dense, almost creamy texture. Aromas of mountain herbs, white flowers, ripe pear and, with age, honey and hazelnut shape its complex profile. These wines possess an alpine depth that pairs outstandingly with char or mature mountain cheese.
