Color:
Sparkling, intense golden yellow.
Nose:
The 2013 Selma de Nin is a beguiling and intense drop that immediately captivates the taster. Balsamic herbs of juniper, rosemary, thyme and wild sage make the prelude, after sufficient aeration fruit notes of melon peel, wood pear and apple join. Intense is the carpet of salty and iodine scents that beautifully frame the whole. Despite its power, the fresh, cool and invigorating impression is already unmistakable in the nose.
Palate:
The 2013 Selma de Nin offers the taster an exciting interplay of dense, juicy fruit, refreshing acidity and a salty, mineral freshness. Its alcohol is pleasantly moderate for the grape variety and the region. Top white wine, which needs one thing above all: Air! Air! Air!
Recommendation:
Be sure to decant!
