A deep look into the vineyard
Once in a transition to environmentally sustainable practices, this vineyard was officially certified organic in 2021. Only the finest Savagnin grapes were collected by hand and carefully crafted into this fine wine. In each bottle lies both the subtle spice of the oak barrels and the impeccable freshness of the temperature-controlled stainless steel fermenters.
The elegant golden yellow
If you take a first look at the glass, you will immediately recognise the remarkable colour: a magnificent, bright golden yellow that seems to dance in every ray of light.
A fragrance like a summer garden
On the nose, En Guille Bouton reveals itself like a summer garden, lush with the fruits of green and yellow apples, the ripeness of yellow pears and with a touch of crisp peach. As if wandering through flowering hawthorn bushes, notes of white flowers wrap us up, complemented by subtle hints of fennel greens and graphite.
A taste experience that lasts
The taste of this wine is more stunning than its bouquet would suggest. It is an elixir of power and expression, lively yet sophisticatedly fruity. Citrus notes combine with the same crisp flavours of pome fruit, supported by almond notes and a delicate hint of nuts. A light, almost buttery texture envelops the typical Jura presence with its crystal-clear acidity. The warmth and ripe personality of the wine are unmistakable and the well-used oak leaves a pleasant, unobtrusive impression. A spicy finish, like a fresh zest note, lingers long in the memory.
When it comes to food
Goes perfectly with cod terrine, refined with tarragon and chives or with hearty Arme Ritter with an unusual touch of cumin and Comte cheese. An alternative recommendation could be a refreshing artichoke salad with green asparagus and toasted slivered almonds. Try it out for yourself and discover new taste sensations.
