Valdemonjas bewirtschaftet seine Weinberge in der prestigeträchtigen “Goldenen Meile” der Ribera del Duero biologisch zertifiziert. Die 25 Jahre alten Tempranillo-Reben werden ausschließlich in Stahl- und Betontanks ausgebaut – ein mutiger Verzicht auf Holz, der sich auszahlt. Mit 13,5% Alkohol bleibt der Wein erfrischend zugänglich.
