Valdemonjas cultivates its vineyards in the prestigious "Golden Mile" of the Ribera del Duero with organic certification. The 25-year-old Tempranillo vines are matured exclusively in steel and concrete tanks - a courageous decision not to use wood, which pays off. With 13.5% alcohol, the wine remains refreshingly accessible.
