The longer it is in contact with oxygen, the more intense its aroma becomes and notes of light tobacco, cedar and cinnamon stick join in. Here is a seducer in the glass, charming and at the same time precise and youthful.
Palate
On the palate, the 2014 Saint Aubin 1er Cru "Les Meurgers des Dents de Chien " literally glides over the tongue. The charming notes of the nose give way to a fresh acidity and a beautiful and salty minerality. A fine and still youthful wine, which has potential for maturity and development. At its current stage, it needs a lot of air and the accompaniment of intense cuisine. Patience is required for this dream Chardonnay with great development potential.
