Colour & Appearance
Luminous wild strawberry red with subtle, natural cloudiness – an authentic hallmark of unfiltered, unrefined natural wines.
Nose
Open and inviting with fresh wild strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by notes of brioche and forest floor. With air contact, blueberries develop with a slightly lactic character, alongside darker hints of leaf and warm woodland earth. A whisper of mint hovers above.
Palate
Clear, fresh juiciness with a touch of fruit sweetness from ripe red berries. The tannins initially show themselves as silky and rounded, then develop an pleasantly rough, darker side that lends the wine structure and grip. Despite its complexity, it remains uncomplicated and approachable – a classic vin de soif, as one rarely finds in Burgundy today.
Finish
Medium-length with fine fruit and a pleasant, slightly earthy texture that invites the next sip.

Pure Pinot Noir. Selective hand-harvesting and careful sorting, followed by slow spontaneous whole-bunch fermentation. Maturation over ten months in steel tanks, then bottled unfiltered, unrefined and unsulphited – an uncompromising natural wine.

Excellent with Charolais beef tartare with oyster mushrooms and fennel salad, red mullet fillet with piquillo pepper and artichoke barigoule, or sirloin steak with leeks, anchovies and Taggiasca olives.
