Nose

The nose of the 2022 PetNat Brut alternates between subtle fruit and exquisite herbal infusion. Apple and pear peel mingle with hay flowers and chamomile and quickly make the saliva shoot in Super hedonistic with natural appeal, it makes the lips purse towards the glass expectantly.

Mouth

With a fine mousseux and piquant acidity, it is dry on the palate with sublime fruit and distinctive herbal flavours. Lemon balm and chervil mingle with orange zest and crisp apple. Everything seems to be bedded on a fine, yeasty cloud with hints of green almonds. Animatingly clear PetNat with the right amount of funk.
