Nose
Its aroma beguiles with a brilliant sweetness of black cherries, sweet blackberries, pickled figs and liquid, fine dark chocolate. With oxygen contact, sweet mocha and liquorice are added. A profound, masculine and dark wine that beguiles the senses with sweetness on the one hand and a great deal of freshness and a complex minerality on the other, which is omnipresent.
Palate
On the palate, the 2020 Moravia, Bobal & Albilllo Real pours out with dense dark fruit, fine sweetness, a concise tannin structure that is captured by this very sweetness, great structure and invigorating freshness. Lots of umami in the long finish, perfect with dishes with sweet, spicy and chocolaty flavours. A sophisticated feel-good wine, par excellence!
