Nose
The blanc de noir named Oh when the Saints ... is as inviting as it is appetising. Petillant naturelwhich presents itself with an impressively elegant blend for this style of wine. There are ripe and crunchy apples, a few pears, sweet cherries and ripe raspberries in combination with biscuit dough, hibiscus and a little hemp. It is juicy, silky and palatable.
Palate
This impression of the three "s" continues on the palate. Here too, the partly crumbly, partly crunchy fruit is juicy and red in colour. In addition, the Oh when the Saints ... a yeasty and creamy texture. The acidity stimulates the drinking flow and the light fruit and extra sweetness provide plenty of charm. Finally, there is the herbal, hoppy note and a little salt in the finish. This guarantees that the bottle will be emptied quickly.
