Color
Light golden yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
On the nose, it conveys great freshness and juiciness reminiscent of apple, apple cider, stewed apple, pear and quince. Fine floral notes of lime, yarrow and chamomile, underpinned by a delicate almond note, round off the overall picture very nicely. Already in the nose it is noticeable that this is a fresh and animating companion.
Palate
On the palate it is no less refreshing - and refreshing we meet a lot of bright and yellow fruit, which combines with stimulating piquancy in the finish. The moderate alcohol of 11 Vol% further enhances its drinkability. A wine that serves the food and prefers the original and straight dishes.
