This Morei is an aromatic feast of sour cherry in its purest form. With air, an intoxicating bouquet unfolds of lilac and elderflower, underpinned by a whisper of marzipan and wild Mediterranean herbs. Despite the expressive fruit, a fascinating mineral depth is already evident, promising complexity.

Palate

On the palate, the true nature of this wine reveals itself: a cool, mineral texture reminiscent of slate dust, paired with vibrant freshness.
