Harvested from the Grand Cru sites of the Côte de Blancs, Avize, Oger, Les Mesnil, Cramant. Disgorged on 11 February 2021.
Color/Look
Iridescent, light golden yellow/fine, broadly diffused perlage.
Nose
Fine scents of white bread crust, apple, lemon zest, hazelnut and pear flow seductively and at the same time mineral strikingly from the glass. Oxygen contact lets it win, cool aromas of mussel shells and sea breeze, a little seaweed and salted almonds join in. An extremely elegant start.
Palate
On the tongue, the Avec Le Temps Grand Cru by de Sousa impresses with bright fruit and juiciness, the fine long-lasting carbonic acid enlivens the palate and stimulates the drinking flow. The perfect aperitif champagne, it is extremely enjoyable with salty delicacies with toasted notes and smoky components.
