VINUDILICE is a rosé born so directly in the vineyard is vinified a blend of white and red grapes according to biodynamic principles.
At least ten different vines, white and red, coexist, for more than a hundred years.
Its name derives from the vast oak woods, in Latin the Leccio is called Quercus Ilex, Ilice in the Sicilian language. Vinudilice means wine of the forest of the Lecci.

Info about the expansion
Harvest at the end of October, beginning of November, direct pressing of whole grapes with static and natural must clarification for about 30 hours, addition of indigenous yeasts, fermentation in steel tanks, minimal filtration and no sulphur addition during bottling in May.

Nose
Vinudilice Rosato has always been an exceptional, beguiling wine, its aroma picture seems to be constantly changing. Cool stones, graphite, then wild strawberries, figs, raspberries and watermelon, many herbs from fresh thyme, sage to wild mint and tarragon, not to forget these fine notes of noble light tobacco. Even before you have tasted it, you can lose yourself in it just by its animating smell!
Palate
On the palate, the 2019 Vinudilice Rosato seems concise and still a bit off-putting due to its youth. Even though it has already been open for a day, it still needs a lot of air, so off to the carafe. Then it shows a lot of red and acid fruit, concise saltiness and fine tannin. It is at the very beginning of its evolution, but this is a rosé that I personally can't get enough of, it opens up an unimagined and almost mystical world to the taster. Puristic dishes suit it well, but it is a drop that does not necessarily have to be combined with food, but that awakens the soul and challenges the taster - and who does not want to be challenged when enjoying wine?
