Wine information
The rosé of the Sincronia wine line by winemaker Barbara Mesquida Mora is a cuvée of the autochthonous Mallorcan grape variety Callet as well as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. The grapes come from biodynamic cultivation, are harvested separately and the juice is fermented after direct pressing. The lots are then blended and the wine matures in steel tanks on the fine lees for several months.

Nose
This Rosado has a mineral nose, initially with subtly reductive notes that give way to floral and spicy aromas after some time in the air. Overall, the nose is stimulating and refined.
Palate
Sincronia falls into the category of "drinkable" rosé, but is anything but arbitrary. It is grippy on the palate, has a good draw and mineral notes on the finish. The cuvée has a light fruity and spicy character, a silky texture and a well-integrated acidity. There is something upbeat yet serious about the wine; it is uncomplicated yet has personality. 2022 was a very hot vintage in the Mediterranean, so it is all the more impressive how fresh and taut this growth is.
