Colour & appearance
Platinum-coloured robe with a fine, lively perlage that underlines the artisanal quality of this crémant. The mousse is elegant and persistent.
Nose
Pure and fresh, this Extra Brut presents itself with a bouquet of white blossoms, Lemon and Apple. Subtle notes of white peach and a touch Shiso leaf lend the fragrance profile a subtle complexity. In the background Yeast and Limestone typical of the mineral soils of Alsace.
Palate
The 2020 develops an impressive intensity on the palate: grapey Riesling fruit meets yellow apple and white peach. The texture is lively and precise, infused with a fine Yeast note and a refreshing Saltiness. The minimal dosage of just one gram gives the wine its natural tension and ensures a perfect balance between fruit and flavour. piquant acidity.

A precise assemblage of 70% Pinot blanc, 15% Auxerrois and 15% Riesling. Maturation according to traditional bottle fermentation (Méthode traditionnelle) with only 1 gram of dosage - a clear statement for puristic Extra Brut quality.
