Nose
As you would expect from a dry Yellow muscatel expected, the wine opens with a lot of aroma that encourages drinking. In this case, the wine is reminiscent of hedge roses and scented roses, mint, nutmeg, apple and pear. This wine has a floating and fragrant effect.
Palate
The Yellow muscatel is as much fun on the palate as you would expect from the nose. It remains bright and fragrant, but has substance. The wine is distinctly aromatic, with another aspect of lime and lemon. It is delicate and fine, enlivened by a precise acidity, shows grip on the palate, appears pure as well as fresh and yet is always completely with itself. A picture-book muscatel full of life!
