Info about the wine
Mash-fermented Grüner Veltliner, aged for 4 months on the skins in steel tanks and bottled without intervention.
Color
Muted, deep golden yellow.
Nose
On the nose, the 2021 Grüner Veltliner Natural shows quince, wood pear, meadow flowers and lots of yeasty, malty and peppery notes. A very multi-layered and multi-faceted wine that comes up with depth and complexity and demands the carafe to unfold.
Palate
Juicy, distinctive with a fine spiciness, it offers us an exciting interplay of fruit, freshness and yeasty length. The perfect wine to accompany intense dishes, which it rounds off wonderfully with its freshness.
In the youthful stage, be sure to decant and enjoy from large glasses.
