Grown on one of the highest vineyards in the region, harvested by hand, bottled unfiltered. Only 667 bottles 0.75l.
Color
Bright, delicately cloudy yellow.
Nose
The 2021 Gewürztraminer 350 N.N. is a restrained representative of its kind. With sufficient oxygen contact, fine aromas of flowers, citrus, honeydew melon, lemongrass and ginger emerge from the glass, integrated into a fine minerality and cool note. It appears silky, elegant and seductive at the same time.
Palate
Gripping with a lot of grip and salty length, it shows itself on the palate, and it is particularly appealing that it does without any residual sweetness, which does not diminish its length and expression. Elegant, cool, it inspires the palate and the one or other aromatic dish.
