Pranzegg is a small wine farm on the steep slopes above Bolzano in South Tyrol. The conversion to organic farming was and is the logical consequence of the whole family's attitude to life. Martin Gojer swims headstrong, without much fuss against the South Tyrolean mainstream. The young vintner has been responsible for cultivation and development since 2009. Through a lot of intuition and sensitivity in the vineyard and cellar, idiosyncratic, profound wines are created, which reflect the soil, the vintage and the idea of the winemaker. Especially the local red wine varieties Vernatsch and Lagrein are close to Martin Gojer's heart. They are fermented spontaneously and very slowly, aged in large wooden barrels and bottled without fining or filtration. Martin Gojer's wines are full of liveliness, which fulfill exactly what you expect from good wine after the first glass, desire for more.
