Color
Bright, rich golden yellow with distinct green tints.
Nose
What a refreshing green note, reminiscent of clover, fresh grass, pickled chard and sorrel. Fruity components of apple and its peel, but also the spicy and earthy notes of vineyard peach line up. A hint of cedar wood, white pepper, freshly ground, and delicate juniper are also present.
Palate
Elegant and fresh attack, warm, charming in the mid-palate and a pleasantly lining fine spiciness that is accompanied by a refreshing acidity. In general, this oil has an extremely fine piquancy and an elegant touch. Its aftertaste is long and stimulating with its delicate pungency and juicy green notes. It does not leave a satiating impression, but a pleasantly invigorating one.
