Color
Medium golden yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
The lively fragrance of the 2019 Burgenlandweiß makes us dream of summer with aromas of meadow orchards, apricots, elderberry and acacia blossom, sage and lemongrass. With a little air, aromas of aniseed, subtle peppery hints and the minerality of the soil emerge.
Palate
Juicy fruit pairs with fine spice, refreshing structure and a moderate alcohol of only 11 Vol%. A wonderfully light-hearted drop, which can be drunk in rough quantities, solo or in company of refreshing summer cuisine.
