Info about the wine
Gemischter Satz from the Nussberg vineyards Gollin, Obere Schoß and Weisleiten and the varieties Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Weißburgunder, Welschriesling and Muskateller.
Color
Iridescent light golden yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
The 2021 Wiener Gemischter Satz Nussberg beguiles with fresh apple, pear and quince, a sea of fragrant flowers, grasses and hay. With a little oxygen, rhubarb and lime zest join in. The stony, smoky minerality is omnipresent and already sets striking accents in the nose.
Palate
Fresh attack on the palate Lively acidity and fresh fruit spread through this multi-layered and multifaceted white wine, which shows playfulness and power at the same time. In the aftertaste, it indulges with fine fruit sweetness and complements dishes with a sweet and sour character excellently.
Enjoy not too cold from a larger Burgundy glass.
