The Weiser-Künstler winery relies on natural work in the vineyard and wine cellar. Sensitive handling of the foliage and work with the pickaxe are just as much a part of this as the renunciation of pure yeasts. This allows the slate weathered soils and the unique microclimate to find their perfect terroir expression in the Rieslings. In order to let the wines mature perfectly in their character, they are stored for a long time on the fine yeast until their late filling. All the wines of the estate, from the light dry Kabinett up to the noble sweet dessert wines, show a wonderful ageing potential and offer long-lasting enjoyment.
