Color
Golden yellow with lively mousseux
Nose
The 2015 Vouvray Pétillant brood is a full and expressive sparkling wine. On the nose, it presents all the attributes of a ripe Chenin Blanc with notes of quince, crisp and juicy apples, honeysuckle and lanolin, of brioche and vanilla biscuits. There are also slightly smoky notes and some crushed lime. On the nose, the wine appears yellow and deep in ripe fruit.
Palate
So ripe the Huet the aroma, it is so juicy and fresh on the palate. The Vouvray Pétillant Brood presents itself full and rich with beautiful depth, piquant acids and a long, balanced and very stylish finish. It appears pure and clear, has a taut structure and lots of energy. Its fullness and balance make it an ideal food companion.
