Overview
Created with passion, the unique vermouth from the full-bodied Sangiovese grape, enriched with biodynamically grown ingredients from the Salicutti vineyards, Nannoni grappa and a wealth of 16 selected herbs, according to the genius of bar expert Maximilian Hildebrandt.
Shades
Beautifully balanced garnet red, with a gentle twist of mahogany reflections.
Scent
Irresistibly balanced blend of various herbs, dark fruits with multi-faceted aromas of sweet blackberries, tart sloe, juicy cherry and wild strawberry. These are joined by refreshing nuances of sage and wild mint, enveloped in a hint of ether. Its characteristically tart note is unmistakable from the very first breath. This outstanding vermouth does not do things by halves - a clear message in every drop!
Taste experience
The reunion of berries and cherries with the ethereal note, topped with a strong hint of orange peel and a distinct herbal world. A gentle sweetness combines harmoniously with a slight spiciness, rounded off with an invigorating bitterness. For all those who like to plunge into tart worlds of taste, this vermouth is a real pleasure to serve, whether neat on ice, with a touch of tonic water or in classic cocktails like the Americano or Negroni. Simply grandiose, a real hit!
Matching food companions
Try the vermouth as an aperitif, in combination with juicy figs wrapped in crispy ham. Alternatively, goat's cream cheese with a mixture of lemon thyme, marjoram and rosemary is a great match. Or enjoy the vermouth with a high-proof dark chocolate cake with a hint of toasted almonds.
