Out of stock

On the nose, this wine combines the subtle exoticism of honeydew melon, papaya and pomelo with the nutty aromas of toasted grain, barley malt and cornflakes. However, it does an about-face on the heels of this sparse documentary and settles into a steadily resounding, mouth watering and even salty echo in praise of great craftsmanship and wine culture.

Color

In bright straw yellow the wine shines with golden reflexes clearly and brilliantly from the glass.

Nose

Montsant is always good for surprises.

Its golden face already reveals the density and intensity of this Garnatxa Blanca. Saleres contains a very old barren site called "El Masroig". In some years, the Tros Blanc consists of that and the "Notaria", which has slightly heavier soils.

On the nose, this wine combines the subtle exoticism of honeydew melon, papaya and pomelo with the nutty aromas of toasted cereals, barley malt and cornflakes. Rising steam from boiling basmati rice combines with the notes of bay leaf, white pepper and turmeric.

Palate

The palate is literally capsized by the 2015 Tros Blanc Saleres by Alfredo Arribas, but also allows this to pass over devotedly and gratefully. It rolls in broadly with a creamy texture and marks its territory. Its yellow-fleshed fruit, which hides timidly behind a pile of stones in the wine's aroma, now increases in ripeness and fullness. However, it does an about-face on its heels in the reverberations of this sparse documentary and settles into a steady resounding, mouth watering and even salty echo in praise of great craftsmanship and wine culture.

Eureka!
