Wine description for Zero Brut Nature, Base 2016 from Tarlant

Colour & appearance

Medium straw yellow in colour with a fine, long-lasting perlage that bears witness to six years of ageing in the bottle. The mousse is elegant and persistent.

Nose

A fascinating bouquet that radiates youthful energy despite seven years of ageing. Flavours of yellow cellar apples and poached pears mingle with notes of Torrone and Hazelnuts. Herbal accents from Laurel and mineral notes round off the complex aroma spectrum.

Palate

An impressive dynamic unfolds on the palate. This powerful champagne impresses with its powerful performance and lively acidity structure that spans a wide range. The pulsating, mineral character is particularly noteworthy - dry and chalky, yet supple and finely textured. The long bottle ageing gives the wine a wonderful balance between power and finesse.

General information
