Nose
The Sincronia from Bàrbara Mesquida Mora is dominated by ripe, dark fruits. Blackberries, cassis, mulberries and plums engage in a battle. The intense fruit is followed by a clear, cool note component. Etheric nuances remind a little of eucalyptus and mint. With a little air in the glass, it clearly tends towards notes of liquorice. In addition, some rosemary and the scent of pine forests appear.
Palate
Contrary to widespread prejudices, this Mallorcan delivers an uncomplicated, juicy drinking pleasure without relying on full concentration. The Sincronia Negre is racy and slender. Its dark fruit suddenly seems small-berried and bright. On the palate, it's saucy with plenty of fresh elements. Only a very delicate tannin gives it an animating finish with bite.
Even slightly chilled, the Sincronia can be enjoyed very well on warm days.
