Nose
On the nose, the cuvée reminds of fresh strawberries and raspberries, a few pieces of ripe peaches and blood oranges, mixed with a little yeast. There are also notes of white and pink blossoms, a little nutmeg and a hint of rhubarb.
Mouth
On the palate the Pétillant Naturel Rosé Fresh and lively with a nice pressure on the palate. The perlage is as concise as it should be for a pétillant. The effervescence is determined by a bright tartness and juiciness, reminiscent of grapefruits and pomelo, but also a little of ripe rhubarb and gooseberries. The Purist Rosé shows a fine spiciness and crushed rock next to its bright, juicy fruit. With a little warmth, the aroma spectrum is complemented by pome fruit. It offers a light-hearted and uncomplicated, thirst-quenching and lively drinking pleasure. The fine yeast note also provides a pleasant finesse.
