Bright salmon orange with bright reflections
Nose
At the beginning, the 2021 Pinot Blanc de Noir exudes a warm, inviting character. It oscillates between fresh pome fruit, above all yellow apples and candied quince, as well as a hint of rosehip and sour cherry. The pome fruit complements well on the nose with a fine nuance of freshly chopped almonds and apple trees in full bloom. With a little patience, a clear orientation of a red fruit tea opens up in the glass. Very variable and always surprising.
Palate
This continues seamlessly on the palate. The pome fruit is gripping and crisp. The red accents are clearly set by the sour cherry. It plays excellently between acidity and bitterness. The fruit comes through very clearly and precisely without assuming volume in the room. Crisp, juicy and repeatedly interspersed with acid peaks. The aroma brightens up again in the finish.
