Information about sparkling wine
This tasty drop, in which Müller Thurgau, Riesling and Chardonnay work together harmoniously, owes its character to the fertile loess-loam soil on which the grapes thrive. Presented traditionally by bottle fermentation and was racked in late autumn 2022 with a light dosage of 5 g.

Experience a radiant golden yellow that conjures up a play of light in your glass, accompanied by a dance of vibrant, wide-set pearls.
Fragrance profile
The fragrance unfolds in a lively, fruity composition of apple, citrus and white peach, subtly underlined by delicate yeasty hints. A hint of aniseed, ginger and almonds refine this bouquet.

This sparkling wine delights the palate with refreshing fruitiness and sparkling carbonic acid - a true little eagle! Dominantly fruity, accessible and invigorating, it makes an excellent aperitif and culinary companion.
