Color
Light golden yellow with clear green reflections.
Nose
On the nose, the 2020 Grüner Veltliner conveys great freshness and juiciness, reminiscent of apple, apple cider, stewed apple, pear and quince. Fine floral notes of lime, yarrow and chamomile, underpinned by a delicate almond note, round off the overall picture very nicely. Already in the nose, it is noticeable that this is a fresh and animating wine.
Palate
On the palate, it is no less refreshing - we encounter a lot of bright and yellow fruit, which is combined with a stimulating spiciness in the finish. The moderate alcohol of 11 vol% further enhances its drinkability. A wine that serves food and favours original and straightforward dishes.
