Color
A bright, radiant golden hue with subtle silver nuances presents itself to the eye in this Pinot Blanc Reserve from 2021.

Scent
It fascinates with its elegance and precision: fragrances of quince and pear, rounded off with hints of honeydew melon, lees and almonds, appear immediately. A pronounced minerality gives this fragrance an inviting component.

Taste
With a creamy consistency, it plays around the tongue and delights with its expressive taste. A mild acidity and fine spiciness tickle the taste buds and immediately stimulate the appetite. With the wine in the glass, an outstanding companion to many dishes is presented, which highlights and rounds off their flavours.

Culinary recommendations
Try this Pinot Blanc with cottage cheese and cauliflower, served with a miso vinaigrette, or combine it with salty crackers and sorrel. Likewise, it is excellent as a complement to an asparagus ragout with crayfish or a pork aspic with coriander and a fresh fennel salad.
