Nose:
The 2019 L‛Amourouse Rosé presents itself as an intense representative of its kind. It smells of pomegranate, wild raspberry, rosehip, tomato, red pepper, rosemary, thyme and freshly ground white pepper. The impressive and multi-layered aroma is accompanied by a scent reminiscent of wild roses and violets.
Palate:
Powerful with a lot of freshness and pressure, it unloads on the tongue. The juicy fruit and the herbaceous, floral notes are accompanied by a fine tannin, which makes it extremely stimulating. The moderate alcohol of 12.5 vol% for a drop from southern climes pleases the drinker, who experiences great deliciousness in the form of pure umami with this rosé. Tom Lubbe knows what he wants and you can always feel it in his wines!
