Wine information
Biodynamic cultivation. The 17-year-old vines grow at an altitude of 600 metres in granite and sandy soil. After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in steel tanks with wild yeasts, followed by maturation in French barriques and barrels. Bottling takes place without filtration or stabilisation. The total production amounts to 4,522 bottles.
Color
Pied violet red with ruby red reflections.
Nose
The 2021 Natural exudes the pure and natural fruit of blueberries, wild raspberries, cassis and mulberries. Seductive floral hints of violets and rose petals are embedded in a carpet of wild herbs such as rosemary, thyme and notes of boxwood and pine. An extremely animating and invigorating start.
Taste
On the palate, it presents itself with freshness, pronounced minerality, youthful acidity and fine-grained tannins. A truly invigorating red wine, both on its own and as an accompaniment to savoury, feel-good dishes. Keep it natural!
If possible, decant and serve slightly chilled.
