Dominik Huber from Munich visited Priorat for the first time in 1996 during an internship at the renowned Cims de Porrera winery and immediately fell in love with the picturesque region. A few years later, he met the South African cult winemaker Eben Sadie and a fruitful partnership began. Together with Jaume Sabaté, they searched for the best plots in the region. The goal was to work with autochthonous grape varieties and to produce site wines that reflect the highest degree of terroir. The Terroir al Limit team has undoubtedly succeeded in this. The elegant and almost Burgundian style of the wines combines elegance with the unique conditions of the Priorat region.
